Originally from Tamworth, NSW, Krissy Bayliss brings over two decades of experience in property management, having started her career in 1994. In 2002, Krissy relocated with her family to the Gold Coast, where she spent eight years working in childcare, further honing her skills in communication, empathy, and problem-solving.
However, her passion for real estate and property management led her back to the industry in 2010. Krissy is dedicated to providing exceptional service, priding herself on her ability to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants alike. Her keen attention to detail and commitment to ensuring smooth, stress-free property management are at the core of her approach.
Outside of work, Krissy enjoys exploring the natural beauty of the Gold Coast on bushwalks, cheering on her favourite baseball teams, and using her downtime to restore vintage furniture.
